If your packers have to walk to get a box, step away to get an order, if they are losing their tape gun, pens, knives, etc, maybe it's time to consider a real shipping bench. Organization and placement are key.b
Have multiple shippers? Are they stepping over each other, using the same computer? Even at $8 an hour that can be expensive.
